This version applies to the course-platform pricing and fee dataset and the course-platform cost benchmark dataset, including their CSV downloads. It clarifies the research-use and attribution permissions above; it is not a Creative Commons or public-domain license.

You may download and analyze these datasets for lawful personal or internal business research. You may share links and short excerpts when CourseProfit Lab is clearly credited and the source page is linked. Reproducing or redistributing the dataset, or reusing it in a commercial publication or product, requires permission unless the use is otherwise permitted by law.

These terms cover only rights CourseProfit Lab holds in its original compilation and presentation. They do not claim exclusive rights over underlying price facts, grant rights in third-party brands or materials, or restrict uses permitted by applicable law.
