Active learners and admin seats can force a different plan
The current pricing page defines an active learner as a learner who accesses the school during the month. Starter includes 1,000 monthly active learners and one admin; Pro Trainer includes 2,000 and five; Learning Center includes 2,000 and 25. Corporate pricing is custom when higher limits or multi-school operations are required.

Pro Trainer can make sense before the twelfth sale
LearnWorlds positions Pro Trainer as the more complete course-business plan, with capabilities such as subscriptions and memberships, certificates, learning paths, and advanced course tools. Starter currently cannot offer free courses.
If a free lead course, subscription, certificate, or richer learning path is part of the launch, those requirements may settle the decision before fee math does.
Learning Center should be justified by operations rather than the enrollment fee: Pro Trainer already removes that charge. Full white-label delivery, more admins, client groups, automations, scheduled reports, API access, or single sign-on are the kinds of requirements that can support the jump to $249 on annual billing.
